NINGBO

Humber The Business School needed a brochure to promote their international partnership program with China's Ningbo University. They wanted to create an interest and desire
for potential students to make the move to Canada for their education, and reassure
parents they were making a
good decision.

HUMBER e-BUSINESS

Humber The Business School wanted to promote their e-business program in a unique way with a look and feel that was of the moment and pieces that were multi-functional.

OCS DM

Ontario Civil Service Credit Union wanted a direct mail piece to promote a hard sell - consolidation loans. The
biggest challenge was coming up with a way for members to admit they were in debt. We used this strategy as the driver
for the campaign pieces.

SPA MANAGEMENT

Humber The Business School wanted a promotional piece for their brand new program, Spa Management, that would be a good launch piece for the program and attract enrollment.

ALTERNA

Alterna Savings required a fresh look for their newsletter that incorporated their new logo and identity.

ALL TRANS

All Trans Financial Services required a theme for their 2005 Annual Report that qualified
the successful year in review
and growing accomplishments
of the credit union.

TASH

Tash Inc. wanted a new look
and feel for their annual catalogue that incorporated some of the big changes the company has made over the
past year - including the
addition of mounting solutions and a new training CD.

ON THE EDGE

Humber The Business School wanted a brochure that overviewed their programs and positioned them at the leading edge of education in Canada.

We developed the theme "Welcome to Canada" as the foundation for the invitational piece. Incorporating bold and playful imagery of actual students of the program and testimonials about their positive experiences, adds energy and tangibility for the program.

The content covers everything from the program itself to what student's will learn, where they will live, life on campus, Humber's reputation, support services, obtaining a visa and how to apply, all in a straightforward language.

We developed the theme "focus on your e-possibilities" selecting imagery that suggested the freedom and flexibility of a career in e-business. Choosing a unique format for the brochure that included a die-cut, the piece could be used as a handout or mailer to potential students.

The cover of the dm piece acted as a teaser with the message "you can't hide from it", urging readers to open the piece and read more. Bold statements, playful imagery and hard facts, enabled us to tackle a tough subject easier and brought the "come-out-of-your-shell consolidation loan" to life.

We developed the theme "A One Year Journey" to focus on the experience of the individual and bring emphasis to the short time required to complete the course. We used the "hot stones" and a young professional woman embarking on the journey as the direction for the piece, adding energy and making a connection with our audience.

With our primary target market being 75% female, we wanted to create a sense of purpose and journey for the potential student. The overall message being "fast track your career in just one year and be on your way to a career in Spa Management".

A playful wordmark was developed for the newsletter title, tying in the new logo as the double "O" in "Scoop". The oversized newspaper format adds presence and reminds readers this is a piece to sit back and peruse at their leisure.

Using the corporate colours to break up the format into grid like sections, we make it easier for readers to grab quick hits of information. Vibrant, playful imagery draws attention to campaign inspired messages and takes centre stage on the cover page.

We developed the theme "Making Inroads" to signify the continued direction the credit union was moving in. Borrowing the "tree" from the promotional materials, we have added a glowing bud to each tip. The tree itself looks like an abstract roadway with each branch leading to smaller branches which lead to the glowing bud.

All of this is significant to All Trans, as the buds can represent the members, identify areas of potential and their commitment to growth for the coming years.

We developed a streamlined and professional look for the new catalogue that is clear, concise and to the point. Bringing a stronger focus to the products, using line art to frame the sharp product imagery. Complimentary products and services were highlighted on each page, adding the additional benefit of a cross-sell.

We developed an in-depth brochure with the theme "on the edge" speaking to many advantages Humber has to offer the potential student. Full-page bold imagery, quick hits of key information and the oversized format made it a tactile, functional and beautiful piece with lots of impact.
